ATHLONE CREDIT UNION PRESENTATION
BUCCANEERS RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB was one of the recipients of funding made by Athlone Credit Union from its community support fund. The primary objective of this fund is to support the development and delivery of worthwhile projects to the benefit of members and the local community in the Athlone common bond area.
A total of €28,000 was presented to 22 local groups, including Buccaneers, at a well-attended presentation ceremony which took place in The Bounty recently. The club gratefully acknowledges the generous and widespread support of Athlone Credit Union through this community support fund.
