Buccaneers U-15s continued their winning ways when they overcame a stubborn Sligo contingent at Dubarry Park on Saturday. Buccs dominated scrum and lineouts and this led to a super John Finnan try early on. Sligo replied after awhile with a close in try of their own but constant Buccs pressure resulted in a score from Myles Fallon to leave the half time score at 14-5 in favour of the homesters.
The first try of the second half fell to Finnan after another strong burst. Buccs were playing some lovely rugby with excellent recycling and off-loading. Sligo never gave up and scored again to leave the final score at 21-10.
Best for a Buccs team led by Finnan were Eoin Carr (who kicked well and always threatened the opposition) while Peter Sunny and Sean O’Hara were best of a good pack.

BUCCANEERS:- C O’Donoghue, C McCormack, P Sunny, S O’Hara, A Murphy, M Dolan, M Fallon, S Lowe, E Carr, R Tynan, E Browne, P O’Neill, A Costello, A Parkes, M Doran, R O’Connor and T Herron.

Best wishes to callum and evan for a speedy recovery.
