BUCCS WOMENS TEAM COMMENCES TRAINING
Buccaneers RFC is reviving a Womens team for the upcoming season and the squad commenced training last Friday evening when a mix of promising youth were joined by some players who dusted down their boots to add experience to the panel. The club is calling all players, whether you are a current player, returning player or indeed a pure beginner, to help build a squad.
Coaching sessions take place on Fridays at 7.30 p.m. Age limit is 18 years old and up so, ladies, come on and “give it a try”. Fixtures have not been released by Connacht yet but Buccs will be putting a team in the Division 2 invitational Cup and League competitions.
