LADIES DAY A STYLISH SUCCESS
While Buccaneers may not have enjoyed much luck on the field of play, Saturday’s “Prosecco by the Pitch” was hugely enjoyable and very successful as our glamorous ladies had a full house for this highly popular annual event in The Bounty. Congratulations to Kiltoom lady Geraldine Kenny on winning the ‘most stylish’ prize which was sponsored by Athlone Towncentre and Flowercraft by Syra. Thanks to John Kennedy & Supermacs who sponsored the prosecco and to The Bounty for their topclass food and service. A big word of gratitude to all the glamorous ladies who attended and, of course, to the event’s organisers Lorna Stuart Trainor, Amy O’Connor, Stella Devine, Mary Brady, Sandra & Judy Dowling and our Administrator Geraldine Kenny.
