INTERPRO FINALS
BUCCANEERS again hosted the IRFU Girls U-18 Interprovincial deciders at Dubarry Park when a large attendance basked in glorious weather as they witnessed Leinster extract revenge by holding off Connacht to win the final by 17-14 after an excellent contest. Earlier Munster proved too strong for Ulster winning 17-5 to clinch third place.
The excellent facilities at the club and its central location make it an ideal venue for such events. A big “thank you” to our volunteers who ensured the smooth running of these prestigious matches.
