‘RugBK’ TOPS IN BUCCS TAG
Russell Brennan Keane representatives ‘RugBK’ emerged the top winners in Buccaneers Summer Tag League when the finals were contested in glorious weather on immaculate pitches on Thursday evening. With four trophies up for grabs, eight teams were in with a chance of winning silverware. At the end of some very close contests, RugBK proved the strongest outfit overall.
Burgers, pints and socialising at The Bounty rounded off what was an enjoyable Tag season. Thanks to Lorna Stuart-Trainor and Yvonne O’Shea for organising, to the referees, and special merit to the ground crew for the perfect pitches throughout the league. Senior Vice-President Sean Flynn presented the prizes.
