Two Buccaneers Youths teams contest Connacht Cup finals at The Sportsground, Galway, this Sunday.
Buccs U-16’s face surprise packets Loughrea when their decider gets under way at the early time of 11 a.m.! Loughrea must not be underestimated as they upset fancied Sligo in the semi-final but Buccs showed good pedigree when overcoming Creggs and in their league campaign.
On league form Sligo will be slight favourites in the U-18.5 final which kicks off at 3 p.m. but Buccs are well-drilled and will be boosted by their semi-final victory over Corinthians so a finely-balanced duel looks likely here too.
