DONAL HYNES RIP

The death has occurred of DONAL HYNES, past president of Athlone Rugby Football Club. Donal was the club’s second president in season 1970/71 and a lifelong member.

Deepest sympathy is extended to his son Healy, daughter Donna, and the wider Hynes family. May Donal rest in eternal peace.

A socially distanced Guard of Honour was observed by Buccaneers RFC officers and members as Donal’s funeral cortege passed the club.
