U-20’s home to NUIG
BUCCANEERS U-20’s complete their J.P.Fanagan Leinster League campaign with a meeting against fellow Connacht side NUI Galway on Sunday afternoon. This should be a mighty contest as both teams are playing well and among the pacesetters. Buccs game last weekend against Blackrock College was cancelled as the Dublin side could not play so the midlanders were awarded a bonus point victory.
That meant they regained top spot in the league table while NUIG are in third place so they will be eager to put one over the Shannonsiders. However, if Buccs play to their potential (something they have not done totally in recent games despite winning) then they can maintain their 100% record in Leinster and seal the Division 3 League title.
Kick-off is 4 p.m. and it is likely that this game will be played at Creggs RFC on Sunday.
