HIGH NOON SHOWDOWN FOR U-20s v TRINITY ON SATURDAY
BUCCANEERS U-20s entertain Dublin University in the J.P.Fanagan Leinster League Premier 2 Division at Dubarry Park on Saturday. This rearranged fixture has a 12 noon kick-off. Both teams are in mid-table with fourth placed Trinity one slot above the Pirates so a fairly even tussle is expected. Buccs could be doing better— and will if they take a greater portion of the chances they create whilst improving their discipline.
SECONDS AWAY TO LOUGHREA
BUCCANEERS SECONDS make the short trip west to Loughrea on Saturday night where they square up to the Co. Galway outfit in the Bank of Ireland Connacht Junior 1B League. Loughrea may be propping up the league table but on their own ground they will be doughty battlers. However, Buccs should have too much in their armoury when the action starts at 7.30 p.m.
